TapGoods, the cloud-based rental management platform, has announced a strategic integration with Easy RFID Pro, an RFID inventory execution platform built to automate warehouse operations for rental businesses.
The integration connects TapGoods’ rental management software directly with Easy RFID Pro’s UHF RAIN RFID scanning infrastructure. Orders automatically sync from TapGoods into Easy RFID Pro, where warehouse teams can validate entire shipments in seconds using mobile handheld readers like the Zebra MC333R or fixed RFID reader deployments. Real-time status updates then flow back into TapGoods, closing the loop on inventory reconciliation without manual data entry.
For rental companies still relying on barcode scanning, the operational difference is significant. Barcode systems require line-of-sight scanning of each individual item.
