ITEC is a back end semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Nijmegen, which became an independent business out of Nexperia. Its ADAT3 XF Tagliner is an RFID inlay die bonder built for high volume inlay production, placing chips at up to 48,000 units per hour with positional accuracy better than nine microns and rotational accuracy better than 0.67 degrees at one sigma. The company positions it as roughly three times faster and thirty per cent more accurate than comparable die bonding equipment.
